vExpertAI × Gcore

AI Infrastructure Services — Joint Go-to-Market
Confidential — Discussion Draft
May 2026
Eduard Dulharu · vExpertAI
The DACH market gap: Enterprise IT teams recognise the need for AI-driven operations but lack the internal competence to evaluate, pilot, and deploy solutions. Result — stalled initiatives, vendor skepticism, and infrastructure budgets left unspent. Our joint engagement model closes this gap in three phases.
The Engagement Model
Phase 1

AI Readiness Workshop

1–2 days · €8K–12K

Hands-on assessment of the team's AI maturity. Map infrastructure to concrete use cases. Build internal AI champions who can drive adoption.

Deliverable AI Readiness Scorecard + prioritised use-case roadmap
Phase 2

Proof-of-Value Pilot

4–6 weeks · €25K–50K

Deploy the top-priority use case — typically AI-powered NOC/SOC automation. Multi-agent system resolves infrastructure incidents in seconds, not hours. Runs on Gcore GPU Cloud & edge.

Deliverable Working system + measured KPIs (MTTR, cost, accuracy)
Phase 3

Production Deployment

Ongoing · €3K–8K/month

Scale the validated solution across the organisation. Managed service (€3K–8K/mo) or handover to internal team. Continuous optimisation, model updates, and Gcore infrastructure scaling.

Deliverable SLA-backed production system on Gcore infrastructure

Why Gcore wins

  • Pulls Gcore GPU/AI Stack consumption — Phase 2 pilot: ~€4–8K/mo per client; Phase 3 production: €10–25K/mo per client
  • A 5-client portfolio = €50K+/mo recurring infrastructure revenue for Gcore
  • Land-and-expand into enterprise accounts via low-risk Phase 1
  • Differentiated offering vs. commodity cloud (AI-native, not just compute)
  • Shared ICP: IT consulting firms, telcos, MSPs, enterprises

Why vExpertAI wins

  • Enterprise sales support — dedicated Gcore colleague works the pipeline
  • Gcore credibility and legal entity simplifies procurement
  • Access to Gcore's existing enterprise relationships
  • Focus on technical delivery, not chasing deals

Partnership Principles

Structure

Gcore acts as the contracting entity with enterprise clients. vExpertAI is named as the delivery partner in all client-facing materials (SOW, proposals, reports). Arrangement is non-exclusive for both parties.

Commercial Model — Two Options

A · Reseller: Gcore resells vExpertAI services at 25–35% margin; vExpertAI delivers; Gcore captures 100% of infrastructure revenue.

B · Referral + delivery: vExpertAI invoices clients directly; Gcore takes 15% referral fee on first-year services + 100% infra; vExpertAI commits Gcore as preferred GPU/edge provider.

Proposed next step (May 20 meeting): Agree (1) commercial model — Option A or B, (2) Gcore sales colleague allocation, (3) first three joint target accounts. Open follow-ups: shared CRM tool, cost split for outreach & events, IP ownership of workshop content.
